BOXING CLUB is a 1hr Boxing Class that will get you boxing like a PRO! We use fundamentals of a true boxer’s workout! We focus on correct form, boxing techniques combined with fitness, strength & conditioning. TRAIN LIKE A FIGHTER without stepping into the ring... GET READY TO BE HOOKED!
BEGINNERS ARE WELCOME in every class however we highly recommend you attend Tuesday @ 6.15pm class where a trainer will be assigned to you to get you up to speed with all boxing fundamentals....
A 1hr class of both distinctive styles in Muay Thai + Dutchstyle Kickboxing. A challenging physical workout of both styles will increase your fitness, speed and power...while learning valuable skills and technique.
F.I.T Class is our Functional Interval Training Class! This 45min body blaster will get the heart pumping, burn calories, boost metabolism, improve strength and increase your overall fitness and conditioning.
Kickstart your SUPER SATURDAY with this 1hr High Intensity Boxing-Based Class. You will give all your effort through quick intense bursts of exercise followed by short recovery periods. A total body l, heart pumping, calorie burning, sweat sesh! GIVE IT YOUR BEST SHOT!!!
BOXING SKILLS DRILLS

To achieve consistent improvement in your boxing skills, a part of your boxing training must be devoted to improving those skills and drills. If you want to learn correct technique and take your boxing to the next level then this class is for you.
IF AIN’T DUTCH...IT AIN’T MUCH! This partner drill class is focused on the trademark style of Dutch Kickboxing with a lot of emphasis on explosive power punches (boxing combinations) and punctuated by heavy leg kicks. This 45min explosive class will give you that edge in your Muay Thai!
What’s involved: Running, Skipping, Bag Work, Partner Drills, Conditioning Training + 1:1 Rounds with the Trainers

Get fit and strong, as well as sweaty in this high intensity low impact boxing workout!

*Mums are welcome to join the class anytime following birth, however, it is recommended to wait at least 4-6 weeks following a natural birth and 8 weeks following a caesarean (please check with your doctor)
